Chico and Fabian were my installers and did a fantastic job! They worked continuously for the 2-day install. I did not need to hover over them as they went about their job because they definitely know what they are doing and they put in additional hours to get the job done! The other team - Electrical (Thomas & Scott) - were also very thorough and professional in their work and it was interesting to see the number of "supervisory" checks during install...my home was a busy place for the 2 days! My ONLY low rate was with the information provided by the salesperson - Raul. He did a great job with the information about the product and getting information for the quote, but when it came time to install, there were location changes and additional work that was not expected. As for price, there wasn't much difference between this and another quote I received - both were higher than I anticipated - but we are glad we went with Wagner - VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

The technicians assigned to do the conversion from Swamp Cooler to AC were great and responsive to our needs and situation. They kept the inside of the house clean and orderly. They kept the outside areas neat and advised us when they saw issues that could possibly cause issues later down the road. Helped provided some interim fixes that would prevent long term problems. They were very courteous and respectful.

Scott was willing to go far beyond the usual expected service and saved our radiant heat floors just as the Arctic front came in. He personally troubleshooted finding a boiler part of which there are only 5 left in the country and had it here the next day overnight. he is knowledgeable and has a genuine concern for the customer. all of this speaks well of Wagner for which we are very grateful. Thank you to everyone in the office for their part in this quest as well. communication from the office was often and excellent. We will certainly recommend Wagner plumbing and heating.

The two individuals who came (Curtis & Mark) were very cordial, but also worked diligently in getting furnace installed. In the process, they pointed out and explained some important points. They were neat in their work.
